5. Data retention

Booking & invoicing data: up to 7 years after your stay (to comply with fiscal obligations).
CCTV footage: retained for a maximum of 1 year, unless longer retention is required due to an incident or legal requirement.
Contact details (outside of bookings): up to 2 years after last contact.
Photos & videos: for as long as they remain relevant for communication purposes or until consent is withdrawn.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We only share your personal data with third parties where necessary to achieve the above purposes:

Booking platform: RoomRaccoon, to process reservations.
Payment providers: to process transactions.
Authorities: only when legally required.
Service providers: where necessary to support our operations (e.g. IT, hosting).

We never sell your data to third parties.

7. CCTV surveillance

The hotel uses CCTV monitoring in public areas (garage, restaurant, lockers, outdoor spaces) for the protection of guests, staff, and property. This is clearly signposted. Footage is stored for a maximum of 1 year.

8. Photos & videos at events

During certain events or activities, photos and videos may be taken. We always request prior consent from individuals before using such material. These may be published on our website, social media, or other communication channels. You may object to the use of your image at any time.
